Sand and sea swept by the shores of the ocean waves and breeze, collecting shells and drift wood and sea glass, lazy days full of fun, friends and family. SEA SWEPT brings all those memories back to mind and fills the heart with happy thoughts.
Created with the ocean in mind, a wave rising out of the sea bringing with it the treasures found in the watery depths, this unique beautiful sun catcher is a fabulous addition to the home.
Each recreation of this sun catcher will turn out differently, but still hold the same elements and basic design: a bit of driftwood, a few shells, some coral and sea glass, a little starfish and a little sand dollar, most of these collected by myself or friends around the world who have sent them to me.
Make it even more special by sending me some of your own treasures to be woven in for a very personal touch.
NOTE: I have reinforced the delicate starfish and sand dollar with a sealant, but this product must be handled with care and not dropped or have pressure put on top of it, or you risk cracking the fragile pieces. Hang in a safe place that won't be brushed against or banged. I don't recommend using a suction cup to attach to the window as suction cups can undo and drop over time.
