If you live in Japan, we can accept Japan Post and Japan Bank payments, you will need to make the transfer and confirm it with us when you have finished.
You may return your purchase to us if you are not happy with it.
- Items still in original condition will be refunded 100% minus shipping costs.
- Items broken or the wrong item on arrival will be refunded 100% including shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued once the items have safely been returned to us.
- Refunds will arrive in the same method the original payment was made.
