POLICIES

REFUNDS

We accept refund and cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. Our work is largely custom made and once we have started creating the order, we are unable to cancel the purchase.

RETURNS

Items may be returned minus shipping charges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged, we will refund or replace it including shipping costs once the item is returned to us.

SUPPLIES

The majority of our stones are purchased in Japan from a supplier we have worked with since 2012 and have come to trust as they run the stones through quality checks. We have never been disappointed with their service, and any time we have a problem, they have been quick to help solve it.
