2023 CHINESE ZODIAC LUCKY RABBIT

2023 is the Year of the Rabbit in the Chinese and Japanese zodiac. It's the 4th animal in the zodiac, preceded by the tiger and followed by the dragon. 

Each strap is handwoven in our studio from mostly naturally dyed leather, and has a bag clasp, key ring and key  hooks and a 卯年 2023 charm attached - Usagi-Doshi/Year of the Rabbit.

KANREKI | 還暦

Anyone turning 60 in 2023 will be celebrating their very special KANREKI birthday! The color red holds special meaning and is a symbol of extra luck for the year.

Kanreki is considered a year of rebirth. Having gone through the zodiac 5 times, the 60th year brings you back to your original zodiac sign. The kanji used are 還 - kan / return, and 暦 - reki / calendar.

LUCK AND FORTUNE

Celebrate this year with a good luck bag charm or key ring accessory handmade in our studio that you can carry around with you as you go about the day, bringing fortune your way! Each strap comes with an information card of stones used and what they symbolize.
