RING SIZE:
If you don't know your ring size, you can:
1. lay a ring you already wear with the widest part on top of a ruler and send the inner edge to inner edge (diameter) measurement. Millimeters is best for an accurate measurement.
2. Send a picture of your ring laying on a ruler.
3. wrap a thin strip of paper, wire tie or string around your knuckle and mark where the edges meet. Lay that flat on a ruler and send the end to end measurement under 'other: end to end'

DELIVERY
All packages shipped via Japan Post. Delivery speeds are dependent upon arrival countries, but generally take 10-20 days to arrive.
PACKAGING
Our packaging is as simple and eco friendly as possible, avoiding plastic or bubble wrap. Occasionally an especially delicate item may need to be shipped in bubble wrap, which is always recycled.
We often reuse shipping envelopes in order to reduce waste.
